RMCLT partners with families to buy single family houses, townhomes, or condos.
RMCLT brings in new business by helping low–income families purchase, who otherwise would remain as renters.
Qualified buyers, with loan approval, can choose the house in the neighborhood they want to live.
Qualified buyers are required to invest a minimum of $1000.
Purchasers who qualify with RMCLT also qualify for the first– time homebuyer credit of $8,000.
RMCLT has been a partner in 176 home ownership closings in El Paso County and Colorado Springs.That’s a total purchase price of $25 million with potential realtor commissions of $1.7 million
