Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust (RMCLT), a local non-profit, provides affordable housing in El Paso County and City of Colorado Springs.  RMCLT assists limited-income families to become first-time homebuyers and continue as successful homeowners.  Since 1996, the Land Trust has partnered with over 180 families and other non-profits such as Greccio Housing, Partners In Housing and Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity.  The land trust concept (230 organizations across the country) of shared equity creates permanent affordable housing options for future generations.
