About the Home
Rocky Mountain
Community Land Trust homes are examples
of high-quality, affordable housing through community collaborations. Built for limited-income first-time
homebuyers, they feature low maintenance and energy saving products.
Low maintenance
features include low-E vinyl windows, stucco exterior, low-flow plumbing fixtures, additional insulation, a whole house fan,
and Energy Star appliances—all designed to save families money. Front yard landscaping and irrigation system
are provided to make these homes instantly livable at move-in.
The Adams was located in School District 20 near employment, shopping, parks and
hospitals minimizing commuting costs and travel time. Compact design standards and front porches work together to establish a walkable, traditional
neighborhood and interactive community.
About the Interior Design
Our vision in decorating The Adams was to have a
productive, practical and cost effective environment for living to include both
work and play. The open design is
perfect for entertaining, while the construction and furnishings are sure to stand
up to the challenges of a growing family.
The Adams featured three bedrooms on
the second floor, a bonus for affordable housing. The third bedroom can be used as a studio or
den for smaller families.
