13th Annual Celebration and Fundraiser


Thank you to everyone that came out to our 13th Anniversary Celebration and "Welcome Home" Fundraiser on Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Bemis Hall, Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The evening was a success thanks to our guests, volunteers, committee members, staff, and donors!

At the Land Trust Auction, there is something for everyone! We auctioned off golf foursomes, sporting event tickets, vacation getaways, restaurant certificates, landscaping, holiday gift items, and much more!

Auction items are generously donated by individuals and businesses throughout the community. If YOU would like to donate for our 2010 event, please call the Land Trust at the number below.  All donations to our 501 (c)(3) are tax deductible. Additionally, any cash donation of $500 or more can be made through the El Paso County Enterprise Zone for a 25% state income tax credit. No donation is too large or too small!!

All proceeds will be used to further our mission of building a strong community.... one home.... one neighborhood at a time!
