How to Donate

The Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust (RMCLT) implements a number of different programs and embarks on a wide range of projects to attain its goal of providing permanent, quality affordable housing opportunities to limited income families. As a local non-profit organization, we are reliant on donations to help continue our mission, goals and programs.

FamilyFacts:

 - For every $1 we receive for operational support, we leverage another $9 for acquisitions—to place families in homeownership and to help develop new housing.

 - Each month, RMCLT invests approximately $30 per family to help all our families be successful and prevent foreclosures.

 - 86% of operational funds go to programs and services which directly serve our families. 
 
All donations to our 501(c)(3) are tax deductible. Additionally, any cash donation of $500 or more can be made through the El Paso County Enterprise Zone for a 25% state income tax credit.

Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust is a qualified El Paso County Enterprise Zone Organization. By contributing, you are helping low-income families achieve self-sufficiency through home ownership and SAVING ON YOUR TAXES.  

Make a cash donation of $500 or more...

Take a 25% tax credit on your Colorado income taxes.
 
**Contribute a gift-in-kind donation and receive a 12.5% tax credit on your Colorado income taxes.
 
Your donation can be made one of two ways...

To Donate through the Enterprise Zone:
  • Write check to “El Paso County Enterprise Zone Administrator”
  • In memo section write “For Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust”
  • Mail to Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust at 1212 West Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904
  • The Enterprise Zone will accept donations made by check only-no cash or credit cards
To Donate directly to RMCLT:
