Attending a Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust FREE Orientation is the first step in buying a home with the Land Trust! Our Executive Director will go over the Affordable Homeownership Program in detail, and there will be a lender and realtor there for any questions you may have. If you are working with a realtor, we ask that you bring them to the orientation as well!

All Land Trust orientations take place from 6:00-7:15 P.M. on Wednesdays. Here are the upcoming orientation dates in 2010:

First Time Homebuyer Workshops
