Step 2: Come to one of RMCLT's free orientation classes to learn more about the program. This class is mandatory to partner with RMCLT. Check out the schedule here.
Step 3: Plan and schedule to take a first-time homebuyer workshop offered by Consumer Credit Counseling Service. This workshop is mandatory to partner with RMCLT. Check out the schedule here.
Step 4: Check out the list of four qualified lenders and meet with one or more of them to see if you qualify for a mortgage. Click here to see the list of lender contacts and their phone numbers.
Step 5: Fill out a RMCLT application and send it in! Within a week of receiving your application, our Home Ownership Coordinator, Vicky Albert, will be in touch with you to guide you through the rest of the home buying process.
