The first goal of RMCLT is to help limited income families become successful first-time home buyers. The second goal is to ensure that the families we have helped remain successful homeowners and continue to own their home.

As part of our Post-Purchase Support/Foreclosure Prevention Program, we send out a seasonal newsletter to all our homeowners. In these newsletters, RMCLT recognizes donors, highlights recent accomplishments, announces upcoming free workshops and classes, and offers RMCLT homeowners financial, home improvement, and other tips aimed at increasing self sufficiency.
